 El CCyAS, por ser el órgano adoptado por la CEM para llevar a cabo el trabajo de la Asistencia Social Sacerdotal y conciente de la corresponsabilidad en la formación permanente de los Presbíteros, ha implementado el “Plan de Salud Sacerdotal CCyAS”, que se sostiene mediante las cuotas anuales de los Sacerdotes inscritos en dicho PS-Sac, creando, fomentando y llevando a la práctica el ejercicio de la solidaridad y justicia que la Iglesia nos pide.

COBERTURAS EN GASTOS MÉDICOS:

  Suma Asegurada Básica:  $ 150,000.00
  Deducible:  $ 5,000.00
  Coaseguro: 10% del gasto total restado el deducible 
  Suma Asegurada Adicional:$ 350,000.00 
  Coaseguro: 20% 
 (Suma Asegurada Adicional neta:  $ 280,000.00)

La Suma Asegurada Adicional sólo operará en Pagos Directos cuando los casos sean atendidos mediante proveedores de la red CCyAS:

1.     En hospitales de la Red CCyAS.

2.     Y con médicos que acepten los tabuladores CCyAS

Nota:

a)    La suma asegurada se aplica anualmente por persona.

b)    El deducible se aplica por enfermedad o padecimiento.

c)     El Coaseguro se aplica por cada reclamación.

COBERTURA DE FALLECIMIENTO

El CCyAS pagará a la Diócesis $ 25,000.00 en caso de fallecimiento de Sacerdotes inscritos.
