Las Provincias Eclesiásticas en México han servido de base al CCyAS para encontrar no solo una forma diferente de reunirse, sino de integrarse, buscando el apoyo interdiocesano y una participación mas representativa en el Consejo Directivo. Por razones de conveniencia, el CCyAS ha unido las Provincias Eclesiásticas de la siguiente manera: 

Acapulco–Oaxaca
Baja California–Hermosillo
Bajío–Tulancingo
Chiapas–Yucatán
Chihuahua–Durango
Guadalajara–Morelia
México–Tlalnepantla
Monterrey–San Luis Potosí
Puebla–Xalapa
