El CCyAS (Centro Cultural y de Asistencia Sacerdotal A.C.) es una Institución de la Conferencia del Episcopado Mexicano que coadyuva con cada Obispo en su diócesis para llevar a cabo el trabajo de Asistencia Social Sacerdotal.

Promueve e impulsa expresiones concretas de solidaridad fraterna sacerdotal bajo el espíritu de comunión.

Atiende al sacerdote en sus necesidades de salud, descanso, vejez o invalidez para que pueda llevar a cabo la misión que Dios le ha encomendado según la etapa de la vida en que se encuentre. 

Funciona a través de un Representante Diocesano que cada Obispo nombra para realizar los trámites de sus sacerdotes ante el CCyAS.
